During the week of 31st July, St. Christopher’s Family Centre spent a week adventuring on our annual Week of Adventures activity.
The week started off unexpectedly, as we were hoping to go to Yorkshire Sculpture Park, however there was a mix up with the paperwork and instead, we had a lovely day at Yorkshire Wildlife Park. Everyone had a really good time looking at all the animals and exploring.
On Tuesday, we had our baking day and dessert cafe, where we made lots of delicious cake and served it to our friends and family.
Wednesday was a day at The Deep looking at lots of fish and we even got to see someone go diving!
Thursday was our BIG Adventure, where 85 of us went trampolining at Xscape, with the option of soft play, LaserZone, or Adventure Golf after an hour of trampolining!
On Friday we had our bi-annual visit from our American friends, we had lunch, went for a walk round Holme Wood and then played some games together.
